Complete roof replacement and loft conversion in Clapham
This Hip to Gable and rear Dormer loft transformed four bedroom Edwardian home into a 6 bedroom. The project was to build a separate living space in the loft that comprised of two extra bedrooms and a bathroom. It allowed the owner to create a separate rental space inside her home in a highly sought after area. The three month project also required extensive work to replace complete roof structure and claddings.
